高一上L1句型
A: S + V + that + S + V....
1.表達想法或感受的動詞後面，引導一個that名詞子句，此類動詞有 think、know、believe、find 、realize…等。
I think (that) Melissa is really outgoing and friendly. (that可省)
They realized (that) he had left his keys inside.
Scientists found (that) food waste will cause global warming.
Experts predict (that) global temperatures will continue to rise.
2.表達情緒或感受的形容詞後面，引導一個that 名詞子句，此類形容詞有 surprised、worried、sure、angry 等。
Bonnie was surprised (that) I came to work late today.
We are grateful (that) you were able to help us at such short notice.
I am sure (that) he will pass the entrance exam and go to a good college.
Parents are worried (that) their daughter will feel lonely when she studies abroad.
3.當兩個 that 引導的名詞子句用對等連接詞 and 連接時，第二個名詞子句的 that 不可省略。
I know (that) Hans studied hard and that he got a very good grade on the test.
I know (that) digital marketing is essential and that we need to invest more budget into it.
The doctor knows (that) the surgery was successful but that the patient will need plenty of rest.

It seems that he is not feeling well.
